Obedience that works where your dog actually lives
A dog that listens in the living room and ignores you at the park does not have reliable obedience yet. Our lessons are private and one-on-one, and we come to you, so the training happens at home, on your street, or at the park your dog already knows. You work alongside the trainer the whole time, so the training stays with you after the last lesson. Every lesson package includes the e-collar and training leash. If you would rather a trainer build the obedience first, our board and train programs do that. All prices are on the plans and pricing page.
What obedience lessons build
Core commands
Come, sit, down and place, taught until your dog does them the first time you ask.
Loose-leash heel
Walks where your dog stays at your side instead of dragging you down the street.
Off
One word that stops jumping, counter-surfing and whatever else your dog should not be doing.
Duration and distance
Extended sit, down and place, so your dog holds a command while you walk away.
You, trained too
You handle your own dog in every lesson, so you leave knowing exactly how to keep it going.

Obedience lesson questions
Where do the lessons happen?
Where your dog already spends its days: at home, in your neighborhood, or at the park you already walk to. Our trainers come to you anywhere in the towns we serve, from Tyler to Longview, Kilgore, Athens and Jacksonville.
What is the difference between the two packages?
Basic Obedience is four lessons on the core commands. Basic & Advanced Obedience is eight lessons: the same four first, then four on advanced commands and distance work.
How old does my dog need to be?
At least six months for lessons and for board and train. We do not run a separate puppy program; for a younger puppy, the Online Puppy Training Course on our plans and pricing page is a good place to start.
Will the e-collar hurt my dog?
No. We use it at a low level as a way to get your dog's attention, like a tap on the shoulder, never as punishment. Both lesson packages include the e-collar, and we show you exactly how it feels and how to use it.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available. Call us today to learn more about payment options.
